Rajd Systech AB develops, markets and deliver Safety Solutions for Proving Ground Management to the global automotive testing industry. We provide both standard solutions as well as customized solutions exactly tailored for individual Proving Grounds.

The Rajd Proving Ground Management Solution (Rajd PGM), provides a Total Business Workflow Tool to streamline the test facility and thus creating system Core Values for the benefit of Proving Grounds and its Customers.

Rajd – The Background

Rajd Systech AB was founded 2007 in Piteå, the very north of Sweden. Initially focusing on Safety Solutions for Winter Testing in close collaboration with the SPGA automotive cluster. The Colmis Proving Ground (colmis.se) was the first client and collaboration partner, they implemented the first version of the solution in 2010.

The idea started with a project around the key word ”Remote Engineering” and has through partnering with the Winter test area in Norrbotten, Sweden, the leading Winter test area in the World, developed to a fully scalable and property managed system for all types of Proving Ground Management.

Rajd – The Name

The name ”Rajd” springs from the ancient national minority Sami peoples word for the platooning of reindeers moving  for food during the year seasons. The ”Rajdorder” was a strictly organized hierarchy pluton of reindeers during the move from autumn to winter to November-December. Safety, Security and Management of the moving platoon of animals being the meaning of the word.
